· Framptom Nuttell loves talking about how nervous he is. He is shy. He believes the girl's story, so he is easily tricked. · Vera is a clever, quick, and inventive teenager. She likes to trick people, even if it hurts them. She is also a good actress, getting Frampton to believe that she is terrified of the "ghosts" who walk up to the house. · Mrs Sappleton is kind and polite. She is easily fooled by Vera who probably makes up stories all the time. |
