Everything is for the Best

Once upon a time det var en gång  there was a king.

The king had a close nära  friend. The king and his friend grew up together växte upp tillsammans.

And they were still best friends.

One day the king and his friend went for a walk. They walked in the forest skog.

They brought tog med knives.

They used the knives to make arrows pilar.

They made the arrows from thin smal  tree branches grannar.

But the king accidently av misstag  hurt his thumb.

The thumb started to bleed.

The friend said, "Everything is for the best!"

The king asked, "Are you saying that this is good?"

His friend said, "Yes! This is good!"

The king got very angry.

He sent his friend back to the castle slott.

The king continued fortsätte  hunting jaga  on his own.

He soon ran into a group of cannibals (människor som äter människor).

The cannibals tied him up. They collected firewood samlade in ved. And they put it under a big pot gryta.

Then they put the king in the pot! They lit the fire.

The king was frightened. And hot! But then one of the cannibals noticed la marke till the blood on his thumb from when the king had hurt himself.

The cannibal said, we cannot cook this man. He is not perfect. So they let the king go.

The king walked back to his castle. His friend was already there. The king said, "What a terrible hemsk day!" 

"First I cut my thumb. Then I got into a fight with you, my best friend. Then a group of cannibals captured me fångade mig. They nearly killed me!"

"Everything's for the best," said the friend. If you hadn't cut your thumb, the cannibals would have eaten you up."

"But I still wish we hadn't fought bråkade."

"If we hadn't fought, we would have continued in the forest together. The cannibals would have caught both of us. I wasn't bleeding. So they would have cooked me alive. And eaten me. You see, everything is for the best."
