A Wise Wish

In a land far away there was a very bad king kung. All the people hated him hatade honom.

One hot day, the king went to a river gick/åkte till en flod.

He jumped in the water to swim för att simma.

The king started to swim. He was a good swimmer.

Suddenly plötsligt, the king felt a pain in his side kände smärta i sin sida.

He started to drown började drunkna.

Two farmers saw a man swim. They did not know that he was the king.

Later sedan, the farmers saw that the man was drowning.

The farmers rushed to rusade mot  the river. They jumped into the water.

They took the man out of the water.

When the man was out of the water, they saw it was the king.

The king was happy. He said, "You saved me. You saved my life."

The king said, "Thank you for saving my life. You gave me my life. Now I want to give you something. What do you want? Ask me for anything you want."

One farmer said, "I need two water buffaloes vattenbufflar  to help me farm."

The other farmer was old and wise. He said, "Don't tell anyone that I saved your life att jag räddade dig."
